ELC teachers attend workshop on Writing Measurable Learning Outcomes

Continuing Professional Development


Teachers at ELC recently attended a professional development workshop on Writing Measurable Learning Outcomes.

The interactive session was facilitated by Mr Rob Clement. Teachers participated in an action verb activity using Bloom's Taxonomy. They were also made aware of measurable versus unmeasurable learning outcomes and the characteristics and components of measureable outcomes.

The session concluded with the teachers being re-affirmed what measurable learning outcomes are and its importance when planning a lesson.
